Since taking the supplements, I definitely see a difference in my stomach. I’m not as bloated and have dropped a couple of pounds.

Its been good so far its only been 14 days so I haven't seen drastic results but I know it takes time im hoping it says what its suppose too do
I ordered this on July 6th and received it July 16th. So for reference, I began taking this supplement about a week ago…I did want to try and wait about a month to review but thought I’ve seen some noticeable changes in my health that need documenting. Although I am not menopausal (I’m 29) I have been on a pretty intense regimen of medications, including having to take antibiotics for roughly 3 months (i’m on my last month and have been taking them for two months prior to starting this supplement). What sucks, is I’m very prone to yeast infections while taking antibiotics…as a result, I’ve been on the prowl for a vaginal health supplement that can restore my vaginal flora, especially since the current ones on the market have historically failed me. So I started using the HUMS brand as they include a couple pro/prebiotics that other brands don’t have, it it kind of worked—I was still getting yeast infections, but more infrequently than when I started the antibiotic regimen and mostly around my period. Shortly after I started the hums this began popping up in my ads and I was curious because it has more strains of uncommon pre/probiotics that are great for urinary and vaginal health than HUMS but afraid to bite the bullet since it’s so new, but finally did on the 6th. I am nearing my period (2 weeks out now), which is when my yeast infection symptoms start popping up (itching, burning, and also urethral burning) and you know, this month they have yet to. I always have extra yeast + urinary pain pills around because the HUMS has always failed me during this time, so I was prepared to go through this again….but I haven’t used a single one, and the only thing I’ve changed is taking these supplements! So I can only attribute the recent positive changes to this supplement. The serving is two pills a day, which is pretty normal—I usually take both of mine at the same time and usually at night with all of my other pills. One thing to note, is that these capsules are noticeably larger than any of my other capsules, including my HUMS, which is nice to see (makes me feel like I’m getting what I paid for)…the other thing to note is I have consistently woken up with a major BM every morning since taking this supplement—I like to consider myself pretty regular, but this was a whole other level of BM. Definitely a very satisfying way to wake up….definitely recommend trying g this, even if you’re not menopausal.
I take probiotics to help with gut health, but I was hoping to get some relief from hot flashes. I’ve been taking these menopause probiotics for 2 weeks and I haven’t noticed any difference from any other probiotics. I feel like I’m getting the gut health benefits that I expect, but I haven’t noticed any reduction in hot flashes.
Although I've only been taking Slender Flora for a few days, I have already seen and felt a difference in my body. This supplement offers an excellent array of probiotics and prebiotics. It also contains Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and 100% of the RDA of Folate. There are also other ingredients. There's no polite way to say this, but I do feel that Slender Flora causes me to have, um, fuller and more regular eliminations. I feel like I am sleeping better (fewer hot flashes) and I have more energy. I do wish this wasn't so cost prohibitive. However, I can say that it's very effective. It works. It really does.
Always consult with your physician before trying a new supplement. This one has a lot of good ingredients. Read the label and see if you want to try this. Menopause is tough on some women, need all the help they can get.
I like to take a probiotic, but at times the prebiotic packed in with some supplements is hard on my system. I have been happy with this one. I haven't noticed a difference with my metabolism, but I'm willing to give it time. I can say that these are easy to swallow and I didn't notice an after taste.I do think the price point is high for a 30 day supply, but I will give it time. If it is effective for so many menopause problems, it may be well worth it.
I selected this because I was interested in the B12, Folate, and probiotic blend.In my opinion these contribute to my overall wellness and nutrition.
Some probiotics cause an increase in histamine levels and can cause intestinal problems along with a variety of allergy symptoms and body inflammation. This is THE BEST ONE YOU CAN GET if you are histamine intolerant. None of the probiotics in this product affect histamine in a bad way, some even help to reduce it. The effect is a reduction in bloating and gas, a reduction in cravings, and possibly weight loss. It also has B6, Folate, B12 and genistein for menopausal symptoms. I can’t stress enough what an excellent blend this is and how much I’ve benefited from it. I just wish the price point was better. The label says “manufactured for“ YYUX Biotech Inc in Suffern, NY and MADE IN THE USA in a GMP facility.
I appreciate the vaginal probiotic support this offers. I take it everyday and have noticed I haven't had a UTI in months thankfully. Effective and a good value.
This item felt very promising for those of us in perimenopause, because it includes ingredients that have been shown to potentially reduce the most uncomfortable aspects of this period of life: night sweats, hot flashes, and bloating. Each order offers a 30-day supply which means the daily tab equates to about a dollar and a half, given the price at the time I ordered. The capsules deliver Vitamin B, Folate, CQR-300, Genistein, and a powerful dose of probiotics. The product is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO, which I appreciate. It's also tasteless and odorless, plus easy to swallow, thereby ensuring it can easily become a part of your daily routine without any unpleasant flavors or smells. I couldn't find a third-party certified assurance on the bottle, which always makes me a tiny bit uneasy because it means the product is unregulated and might contain slightly different quantities or some unexpected substances. It's manufactured in the USA although some ingredients have been sourced globally. I've been taking the supplement for a couple weeks, but I'm not entirely sure if I'm seeing a reduction in the night sweats or hot flashes. It's hard to tell the effectiveness of these products sometimes because extenuating circumstances (for me, this includes stress levels, frequently traveling to different climates, other medications or health conditions that could impact the effectiveness) make it difficult to track whether the item has a drastic effect. I do think that the probiotics in this product have helped with bloating, which tends to be problematic for me since I have a mobile job that requires traveling long distances and eating different foods in each city. If you're looking for a powerful probiotic, this is a great choice. If you're seeking relief from all the most frustrating symptoms associated with perimenopause, I think it's worth a try, at the very least. The price is reasonable and I believe it's significantly lower than the cost of similar items found in local health food stores.
If you are in menopause or going into menopause, you would do well to try this!! I am a firm believer in maintaining good health throughout my life instead of waiting until I have an illness to change my habits. I take quite a few vitamins daily because I know my diet isn’t sufficient. I have only had a hand full of night sweats and the regular menopausal issues & I’m almost 53. I had a hysterectomy over 10 years ago as well. I know that these ingredients are great quality, and I am very happy with this product!
This seemed like a somewhat unique supplement to me, and being in perimenopause I wanted to try it. I do seem to have less bloating. I am optimistic that after a month I might notice more positive changes, so somewhat effective so far and no ill effects.I have been storing it in the refrigerator which is suggested but not required. I am also taking it in the morning as suggested. It is a little pricey, but if I continue to notice a positive effect it will be worth it.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are easy to swallow, no smell or taste. Just a normal capsule size. It is a good mixture of probiotics to help with feminine areas!
Obviously, we cannot review long term use. The product is professionally packaged with clear instructions.
I’m in my 50s and premenopausal. I’m not sure of the effectiveness of these pills but these are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I will update this review if I see any strong effects, either positive or negative.
I like the ingredients in this YYUX prebiotic and probiotic supplement. It seems a decent value. At two capsules per day one bottle should last for the entire month. I have only used them for a week and I haven’t had any issues. They seem to work well. The expiry date is clearly marked and two years out.
