How It Works

Use the product as directed for 90 calendar days from the date you receive it. Submit the progress tracker every 30 days since you start taking SlenderFlora. If after 90 days of consistent use you're not 100% satisfied with the results for any reason, just contact us and we'll refund your full purchase price (shipping fees excluded). You don't need to return the product. 

Eligibility

  • Applies to purchases made directly from our website.
  • Customer must have purchased and used SlenderFlora for at least 90 days (3 bottles).
  • Customer must have filled out and submitted her 90-day progress tracker on a monthly basis to support@slenderflora.com.
  • One refund per customer per product.
  • Maximum refund is equivalent to the actual purchase price of up to three bottles of product.
  • Must be claimed within 90-120 calendar days from the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).

How to Claim Your Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email support@slenderflora.com or call within 90-120 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and delivery date (we'll verify via tracking).
  2. Get Your Refund: We'll process the full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's completed.

Exclusions

This guarantee doesn't apply to:

  • Purchases made through third-party marketplaces.
  • Claims made more than 120 calendar days after delivery.
