If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
• Opened products are eligible for a refund if at least 50% of the product remains.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions

Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
